Submit your
claim or verify the status of your claim at any time, at any place.
This can be done with the direct access NIC has with Insurance Adjusters
& Appraisers, Inc. (IAA), the adjusting company designated to
process all our claims.
When a claim is submitted
a number will be assigned once the information given is verified.
Your claim will
be processed once coverage confirmation is received from your insurance
agency. This document indicates your policy effective and expiration
dates and the insurance coverage it provided.
IAA will request
the coverage confirmation; unless, you wish to contact directly
the general agency to provide such document.
To verify claims status,
customer should have claim number and policy number available in
order to have access to IAA claims system.
