Homeowners Policy

The Homeowners Policy provides dwelling coverage and automatically assigns a value to other structures, dwelling contents, and extra maintenance expenses by applying the following percentages to the dwelling’s insured limits:

• Other structures – 10%
• Dwelling contents – 50%
• Maintenance expenses – 20%

The Homeowners Policy also provides personal liability coverage.
